STEP 2: MEASUREMENT + INSPECTION

Once you’ve received an estimate, we will schedule a time for a measure tech to come your home and take accurate measurements of your windows. This step is important to ensure we make your new windows in the right dimensions. Your windows will also be visually inspected to document any existng issues/notes for the installer. While we conduct a thorough inspection, please keep in mind that there is always a possibility that unforeseen internal conditions will be discovered when your existing windows are physically removed.

STEP 3: SCHEDULE AND PREPARE FOR INSTALLATION

Installation will be scheduled when your windows are ready and all necessary approvals have been attained. These include (but are not limited to): permits, association approvals, or financing authorization. Your installation date and time will be scheduled to best meet your desired timeframe. Please be aware that Saturday installation requests may lengthen the time it takes to schedule your installation. We may have to reschedule an installation due to weather as our installers use power tools and it may not be safe if there is rain.

Ahead of your installation date, you’ll need to prep your space by removing any window treatments as we are unable to take down or reinstall any blinds or draperies. We will make every effort to preserve the dimensions of each opening so original blinds can be reinstalled. Please confirm with your salesperson before installation. STEP 4: INSTALLATION

We try our best to finish all the installation in just one day, though depending on the size and scope of your window needs it could take up to two days. On the day of installation, make sure there is a place for the installers to park, reserve elevator access if needed, and vacate the area. Our installers will use drop cloths, tarps, and other means to protect items in close proximity to each installed window, as well as on the grounds outside around each installed window to protect landscaping. Our installers are EPA certified.

After installation, our installers will remove all debris and garbage generated during the installation, leaving the jobsite broom-clean. A representative will review the completed work with you for final approval. We will return to complete any punch list items in the case that they were not completed during initial installation. Then you’re ready to enjoy your new windows!
